The purpose of this website is to provide additional photos and information about our condo that can't be found on some of the websites on which we advertise. This website also provides extensive visitor information, including links and resources, to help you plan your next vacation in beautiful, exciting Lake Placid.
Well-known as the host of two Olympic Winter Games, Lake Placid offers natural beauty with a chance for outdoor activity that is spectacular in summer and winter. Lake Placid has it all: swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, riding the bobsled, biking & hiking, the Great Adirondack Scenic Railroad and the Iron Man Triathlon in the warmer months, and skiing, skating, snowmobiling, sledding, hockey & dogsledding in the winter. And of course, shopping and great restaurants are in abundance all year round.
Our condo is less than a 5-minute walk from 2 great bar/restaurants and approximately a 10-minute walk from downtown Lake Placid where you can shop, dine, ice skate indoors or out, enjoy lakeviews or catch a movie in an old-time theater. Don't feel like walking? Then jump in your car and within 5 minutes you'll be at the ski jumps, equestrian show grounds or the Mt. Van Hoevenberg Olympic sports complex. Another 5 minutes and you'll arrive at Whiteface Mountain - breathtaking in summer and thrilling in winter!
